Before You Sleep

• At Night: Cleanse your face. Pat it mostly dry but leave it slightly damp. Warm 3-4 drops between your palms until it feels like body temperature, then press into skin using upward motions. Start at your chin and work up. Be gentle around your eyes—just pat, don't rub.
• In the Morning: Use 2-3 drops on damp skin after moisturizer. The oil seals everything in. If you're putting on makeup, wait two minutes for it to absorb fully.
• When Everything's Tight: Mix one drop with your regular moisturizer in your palm before applying. Does the trick when straight oil feels like too much.

Use within six months of opening. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.
