1. In the shower or bath, scoop some into your palm. Rub it on damp skin in circles—gentle pressure, not scrubbing tile grout. Focus on rough patches: heels, elbows, knees, backs of arms.
2. Rinse with warm water. Pat dry.
3. While skin's still slightly damp, follow with Nectar+Honey Body Butter. That's when it absorbs best.
